We reserve the right to change the scheduled itinerary at our discretion. It will sometimes be necessary to change plans and itineraries including but not limited to bad weather, acts of Mother Nature, or situations beyond our control. If changes are required, we will do our best to substitute a quality experience and try to provide you with an activity that exceeds your expectations.

ATV stands for All Terrain Vehicle. UTV stands for utility task vehicle. OHV stands for Off-Highway Vehicle. We use these terms interchangeably.

  • You’ll need to watch a safety video and sign a waiver for the OHV ride.
  • The OHV machines we use are very safe and easy to use, think of them as small cars!
  • You must be able to fasten the seat belt on the machine.
  • You must be 21 and have a current, valid driver license to drive the OHV.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, an adult must be present in the vehicle with you.
  • The driver must be able to speak and understand English.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2023, Utah requires all OHV operators to complete the free Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course. Operators 18 years of age or older may operate an OHV if they possess an approved adult OHV education certificate. The once-in-a-lifetime course is expected to take less than 30 minutes to complete and consists of 26 questions that are accompanied by educational videos.

Utah Code, Title 41, Chapter 22, Section 37, Subsection (1) specifically states:
“An off-highway vehicle operator who is 18 years of age or older shall accept legal responsibility for injury or damage of any kind to the extent that the injury or damage results from risks inherent in the sport of off-highway vehicle use.”

No illegal drugs or alcohol of any kind are allowed on our activities.

Children must always be supervised by parents or legal guardians.

We recommend purchasing short-term travel, cancellation, and accident insurance before your trip. You can purchase policies that will cover the length of your vacation and provide short-term coverage in the event of loss of luggage, a personal accident, or the loss of personal belongings. Your individual homeowner’s policy may cover some of these items also (it’s a good idea to check in advance). We suggest these travel insurance agencies:

  • Insure My Trip – The Travel Insurance Comparison Site
  • Travel Insurance Center

Some of the most difficult situations we’ve had to deal with include sudden onset of health problems for our guests or their family members, or catastrophic events. In these situations, we generally do not have time to refill the space, yet we have already spent considerable time, money and energy preparing for your activity. Because of our short season and very limited number of available resources, we cannot afford the financial loss that cancellations cause. Therefore, in deciding whether to buy this insurance, consider the investment you are making in your vacation and whether you could afford the loss if you did have to cancel. We will do everything in our power to help you reschedule your activity, if possible.
